Serves 1-2

Ingredients:
1/6 cup raspberries
1/4 cup strawberries, halved
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 TSP almond extract (optional)
1-1 1/2 TBSP honey, to taste

Steps:
1. Press the raspberries through a nylon strainer into a bowl using the back of a spoon. Discard the seeds in the strainer.
2. Put the raspberry puree, strawberries, yogurt, milk & almond extract, if using, into a food processor or blender & process until smooth & combined.
3. Pour the smoothie into a chilled glasses, stir in honey to taste & serve.
