1/3 cup milk
1 TBSP maple syrup
7oz/200g vanilla ice cream
1/2 TBSP almond extract
1. Pour the milk & maple syrup into a food processor or blender & process gently until combined.
2. Add the ice cream & almond extract & process until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a glass, scatter the chopped nuts over the shake & serve.
