This weekend I didn't go anywhere special because I planned to make up the reading.
However, I wasted my yesterday, which was Saturday...I watched 2 Hilary Duff's movies & some "scrubs"...
I think I only  finished one chapter of Second Language Acquisition & half of chapter 1 in Principles of Language Learning & Teaching(PLLT)...
Even so, I fell asleep @ around 10...woke up @ 2 & then went back to sleep again...till 8 in the morning.
It is my landlord Mike's birthday today.(He's a monkey, too & he is 24 years older than me!)
He made a big bowl of mashed potato with eggs & chicken inside. Besides, he made an excellent dish with lots & lots of EGGPLANTs, tomatoes, onions...MY FAVORITE!!!
Feeling guilty, I tried my very best to finish PLLT & read 1 chapter in Governmenb & Binding Theory and An Introduction to Sociolinguistics, respectively. (Though I had no idea what they are talking about...HA~)
Then, I went to Stonestown.
Originally, I thought it was totally a rumor that it was not worth going at all.
After I spent like 1 hour there, I realized that it was totally TRUE.
Nordstrom & macy's were both AWFUL; I can't even remember what were there now!
Anyhow...on my way to McDonald's I went into BORDERS & looked around for about 1 hour.
It was so COOL & I bought a "Total Body Conditioning" DVD, which was $8.13(with a 25% discount).
I was s~~~o happy that I got it because it was like Body Balance class in Alexander, which I used to take back in Taiwan.
The last stop of today's trip was McDonald's.
I spent $8.13 for my dinner, which contained a premiun grilled chicken classic sandwich, a pack of fries & a chocolate milkshake, plus a $1 McChicken
Before I got home, I finished the fries & milkshake and I thought I was going to EXPLODE.(HELP~)
So, in a word, I had a ok day today,  because I still have lots of things to do.
Can't believe it's Monday AGAIN tomorrow!!!
