Serves 1

Ingredients:
3/4 cup blueberries
1/3 cup cranberry juice
1/3 cup plain yogurt

Steps:
1. Put the blueberries & cranberry juice into a food processor or blender & process for 1-2 minutes, until smooth.
2. Add the yogurt & process briefly to combine. Taste & add honey, if you like. Process briefly again until thoroughly blended.
3. Pour into a chilled glass, add a straw & serve.
