Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1/3 cup yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 TSP vanilla extract
Steps:
1. Put the banana, yogurt, skim milk & vanilla extract into a food processor or blender & process until smooth.
2. Serve at once.
